Israeli fans attacked an activist who raised the Palestinian flag in a French stadium.
An activist raised the Palestinian flag and walked around the stadium during the match between the Israeli Hapoel Holon team and its host, the French Nanterre 92 club, in the European Basketball Champions League, which was held in the city of Nanterre last Wednesday.

Video clips published by accounts supporting Palestine on Instagram showed the moment the young man jumped from the stands to the field, raising the Palestinian flag and ran, trying to escape from the stadium security, who chased him and tried to catch him, but he escaped from them and returned to the stands again, only to be attacked and assaulted by some fans of the Israeli team, and clashes erupted between the fans.
Videos also showed French police arresting those carrying the Palestinian flag, leaving those carrying the Israeli flag from the opposing team's fans.
