Minister of Defense praises graduates of Sudanese military colleges, and Chief of Staff celebrates the graduation of brigade commanders

Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Mohsen Al-Daari, participated in the graduation ceremony of 36 officers from the Karari Military College, the 68th batch, on the occasion of their graduation and promotion to the rank of second lieutenant after completing their studies at the Military College in the interim capital, Aden.

Lieutenant General Al-Daari stressed that the graduation of this batch embodies an honorable image of determination and steadfastness in the face of the challenges imposed by the war there. He praised their determination that did not stop at the limits of difficulties, but rather continued their studies and perseverance in the Military College until they graduated and achieved their goals, according to Saba Agency.

The Minister of Defense said, "These young faces and creative energies are the leaders of the future and are relied upon in the process of building, training and qualifying members of the armed forces." He stressed the dedication, mastery and application of the skills and knowledge they have acquired on the ground in their military units.

The Minister of Defense pointed to the depth of the fraternal relations between Yemen and Sudan, appreciating the role of our brothers in Sudan in accommodating Yemeni students in various military colleges and academies, hoping that peace would prevail in this brotherly country and that it would overcome its current ordeal.

On another note, the Chief of the General Staff, Commander of Joint Operations, Lieutenant General Sagheer bin Aziz, witnessed today, Tuesday, the graduation ceremony of the first batch of brigade commanders of the martyr Brigadier General Abdul Raqeeb Al-Sayyadi batch, according to Saba Agency.

During the ceremony, the Chief of Staff said, “The commander must be familiar with all practical aspects and develop his skills and capabilities.” He stressed that the modern battle requires this, and that the commander must also ensure training and qualification in various units.

He pointed out that the next session for brigade leaders will be in Taiz Governorate, which is steadfast in the face of the terrorist Houthi militias, thanking the efforts of the Training and Rehabilitation Authority and those in charge and trainers of this session, due to its great importance in preparing and refining military leaders.

For his part, the Deputy Chairman of the Training and Qualification Authority, Major General Ahmed Al-Absi, indicated that the celebration of the graduation of the first batch of brigade leaders of the Martyr Brigadier General Abdul Raqeeb Al-Sayyadi batch comes in conjunction with the launch of the new training and combat year 2025 AD.

He pointed out that the course was an example of seriousness, diligence, academic achievement and military discipline, praising the great efforts made by the students in the practical aspect and in preparing diverse and distinguished research.

In the graduates’ speech, Brigadier General Rashad Al-Kamel thanked the efforts of the leadership of the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff Presidency for their great interest in qualifying leaders and developing the armed forces on modern scientific foundations.

He pointed out that the course has refined the concepts of modern leadership in the graduates, and enhanced their capabilities in planning, implementation and managing the battle efficiently in various circumstances. He stressed that the graduates will work to transfer what they have received to their subordinates, in a way that enhances combat readiness and achieves victory in the battle to restore state institutions and end the coup of the terrorist Houthi group supported by Iran.
