Minister of Defense, Lieutenant General Mohsen Al-Daari, participated in the graduation ceremony of 36 officers from the Karari Military College, the 68th batch, on the occasion of their graduation and promotion to the rank of second lieutenant after completing their studies at the Military College in the interim capital, Aden. The Chief of Staff also participated in the graduation ceremony of the first batch of brigade commanders.
