Today, Saudi Ambassador to Yemen Mohammed Al Jaber discussed with the European Union Mission supporting efforts to achieve peace and stability in Yemen.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Ambassador Al Jaber discussed with the ambassadors of the European Union, France, Germany and the Netherlands missions in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, the latest developments in the Yemeni crisis.
The Saudi ambassador reiterated his country's position calling for achieving peace, stability and development in Yemen, praising the effective efforts of the European Union in Yemen.
The Saudi ambassador reviewed his country's political, economic, humanitarian and development efforts to support the Yemeni people and support the efforts of the UN envoy "Hans Grundberg" to achieve peace in Yemen.
The meeting comes a day after the Yemeni government called on the European Union to take a similar stance to US President Donald Trump's decision to classify the Houthi militia as a terrorist group.
