Prime Minister Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak affirmed today, Monday, the government's commitment to supporting the armed forces and the popular resistance to confront the Houthi violations and crimes against civilians, and to liberate the rest of the country's governorates from terrorist militias.
This came during his meeting, in the interim capital, Aden, with the governor of Al Bayda, Major General Nasser Al-Suwadi, according to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba).
The agency reported that the governor of Al Bayda informed the Prime Minister about the conditions of civilians in the governorate, and the crimes and violations committed against them by the terrorist Houthi militias, in a desperate attempt to break the will of the people of the governorate.
Bin Mubarak said that the systematic crimes and violations committed by the Houthi militia against the people of Al Bayda Governorate reflect the terrorist nature of these militias and their Imamate priestly approach to abusing citizens.
The Prime Minister pledged to take all necessary measures to document the crimes of the terrorist Houthi militias in Al Bayda and all governorates of the country, ensuring that their perpetrators do not escape punishment at the national and international levels.
The Houthi militia has controlled most of the northern and western governorates, including the capital, Sana'a, by force of arms since the coup in the fall of 2014.
