Bahrain continued its impressive run in the Gulf Cup (Gulf 26) with a 1-0 win over host Kuwait in the semi-finals of the tournament on Tuesday.

Yemeni-Emirati artist, Balqis Ahmed Fathi, congratulated the national team that defeated its Bahraini counterpart yesterday, Saturday, in the Gulf Cup Championship held in the State of Kuwait, Gulf 26.

The Kuwaiti national team surprised its Emirati counterpart in the dying moments of the match and defeated it 2-1 in the evening, while the Omani national team turned its one-goal deficit into a victory over its Qatari counterpart on Tuesday in the second round of the group stage of the Arabian Gulf Cup (Gulf 26).

The Yemeni national football team will face the Saudi national team tomorrow, Wednesday, at Jaber Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah Stadium, in the second round of Group Two matches of the 26th Arabian Gulf Cup hosted by the State of Kuwait.

Bahrain kicked off their Gulf Cup campaign with a thrilling 3-2 win over Saudi Arabia after scoring twice in the first half and avoiding a late comeback from Herve Renard's side on Sunday.

The Yemeni national football team lost to the Iraqi national team, the title holder, by one goal to none in the match that brought them together, on Sunday evening.
