Yemeni Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Dr. Shaye Al-Zindani, stressed today, Tuesday, the ministry's rejection of the principle of partisan quotas in diplomatic appointments, stressing that Yemeni embassies will not be an arena for any partisan activity.
