Gaza is being destroyed.. Three new massacres and injuries from bombs fired by Israeli drones at a shelter center in Nuseirat
Gaza| 6 January, 2025 - 12:08 PM
The Israeli occupation army committed three new massacres against the residents of the Gaza Strip, leaving 124 martyrs and wounded, while a number of Palestinians were injured, as a result of Israeli drones launching bombs at a school housing displaced people in the Nuseirat camp in the middle of the Strip, which has been subjected to genocide committed by Tel Aviv for more than 15 months.
Eyewitnesses told Anadolu Agency that Israeli Quadcopter drones launched several bombs on Monday at a school housing displaced people in the new camp, northwest of Nuseirat.
They said that a number of Palestinians were injured by these bombs that fell on them without warning.
They pointed to a state of fear and panic among the displaced people present in this school.
Since the start of the genocide, the Israeli army has targeted 216 shelters and displacement centers in different areas of the Gaza Strip, killing and wounding hundreds, according to the latest statistics from the Government Media Office.
Over the course of more than 15 months, about two million Palestinians were displaced to schools, health centers and tents after the army destroyed most of their homes or forced them to leave their areas of residence during the ground incursions it was carrying out in various areas and which began on October 27, 2023.
The displaced people are living in harsh conditions in the shelters due to severe overcrowding, in conjunction with the scarcity of water, food and medicine supplies, and amidst the weakening of their immunity due to famine, which threatens them with infectious diseases.
Three new massacres
Meanwhile, the Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced that the Israeli occupation army committed 3 massacres against families in the Strip, resulting in 49 martyrs and 75 injuries arriving at hospitals during the past 24 hours.
The ministry confirmed in its report that the death toll from the genocide committed by Israel against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip has risen to 45,854 martyrs and 109,139 wounded since October 7, 2023.
She pointed out that there are a number of victims under the rubble and on the roads, where ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them due to the repeated Israeli targeting.
With American support, Israel has been committing genocide in Gaza since October 7, 2023, leaving about 155,000 Palestinians dead and wounded, most of them children and women, and more than 11,000 missing, amid massive destruction and famine that killed dozens of children and the elderly, in one of the worst humanitarian disasters in the world.
Israel continues its massacres, ignoring two arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court on November 21 against Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Galant, for committing war crimes and crimes against humanity against Palestinians in Gaza.
