Four inmates escape from Houthi militia prison in Ibb

Informed sources reported that four inmates on criminal charges escaped from one of the Houthi terrorist militia prisons in Ibb Governorate (central Yemen).

The sources said that the prisoners escaped from the pretrial detention center to an unknown location, amid suspicions about the involvement of militia elements in the escape.

During the past months and years, Ibb Governorate has witnessed similar cases of prisoner escapes, whether from prisons or courts, or while being transferred to hospitals for treatment, in which several incidents involved elements and leaders of the militia.
