Ibb.. A Houthi element brutally kills his father due to family disputes

A member of the Houthi militia in Ibb Governorate (central Yemen) brutally killed his father in the latest domestic violence crime witnessed by the governorate under the control of the militia.

Local sources said that a Houthi element named (Saber Qaid Saeed Qassem Al-Salmi) killed his father in the "Al-Tartour" area in Al-Qaida city in Dhi As-Sufal district, south of Ibb governorate, due to family disputes between them.

The sources added that the perpetrator, who had been involved in Houthi sectarian courses and fought in the ranks of the militia, had killed his father by "slitting his throat" in a horrific and shocking scene.

Ibb Governorate and the rest of the governorates under the control of the Houthi militia are witnessing an increase in domestic violence crimes by militia members and fighters as a result of their being influenced by mobilization programs and courses that encourage violence and murder.
