Taiz authorities announce completion of procedures to open the eastern outlet of the city 24 hours a day

The authorities of Taiz Governorate, affiliated with the legitimate government, confirmed the completion of procedures to open the eastern port of Taiz city for the passage of travelers throughout the day during the month of Ramadan.

A security source told "Yemeni Youth Net" that after completing the security procedures, starting from today, Thursday, corresponding to the 6th of Ramadan, the eastern exit of the city of Taiz (Al-Kamb Road - Al-Qasr Roundabout) will be opened 24 hours a day.

On June 13, 2024, the eastern outlet linking the Al-Hawban area, which is under the control of the militias, with the city of Taiz was opened to the movement of cars, excluding cargo trucks, during the day, for 12 hours a day (from 6 am to 6 pm).

The terrorist Houthi militia continues to close the rest of the main ports and roads, as part of the policy of the suffocating siege it has imposed on the city of Taiz since the beginning of the war.
