Meteorology warns of thunderstorms affecting Aden Governorate during the next 48 hours

The Meteorology and Early Warning Center of the General Authority of Civil Aviation and Meteorology warned, on Thursday, that Aden Governorate will be affected by thunderstorms during the next 48 hours.

The center said in a statement, "The outputs of the numerical forecasts indicate that Aden Governorate will be affected by thunderstorms of varying intensity, and strong winds accompanying them during the next 48 hours, God willing."

The center called on citizens in Aden to take caution and not to approach electricity poles, billboards and trees, stressing the need to turn off mobile phones during thunderstorms.
