Shabwa.. Security forces raid a house and kidnap citizens in Radhum District

Security forces raided a house on Wednesday and ransacked its contents before kidnapping two people from a town in Radhum District, Shabwa Governorate, southeast of Yemen.

Local sources told "Yemeni Youth Net" that individuals affiliated with the UAE camp in the Balhaf area stormed the home of citizen "Haider Ladhil Al-Qash'ouri" in the village of Basfaq in the Radhum district.

She added that the soldiers tampered with the contents of the house, terrified the women, and kidnapped two of the sons of the citizen "Haider Al-Qash'ouri", and took them to an unknown location, without knowing the reasons.

The sources explained that the Al-Qash'eer tribe took an escalatory step and set up an armed point on the coastal line in the directorate, in protest against the house raid and demanding the release of the tribe's members.

Shabwa Governorate is under the control of forces affiliated with the Southern Transitional Council, supported by the UAE.
