Shabwa Governorate:
1- Judge Mahmoud Zaher Mahmoud Muhammad, a judge at Ataq Primary Court.
Taiz Governorate:
1- Judge Sami Ahmed Mohamed Saeed, Deputy of the Primary Industry and Trade Prosecution.
The Council approved the distribution of a number of Public Prosecution Assistants as follows:
1- Judge Ramzi Saleh Abdullah bin Najeel, member of the Khormaksar Primary Prosecution.
2- Judge Ibtisam Muhammad Salem Muhammad, a member of the Mansoura Primary Prosecution.
3- Judge Salwa Abdul Rahman Fadhel Muhammad, member of the Sheikh Othman Primary Prosecution.
4- Judge Omar Suleiman Muhammad Baqhoum, member of the East Mukalla Primary Prosecution.
The Council approved the establishment of two specialized primary criminal prosecution offices in Shabwa and Al Mahrah governorates.
The Supreme Judicial Council approved the issuance of the executive regulations of the Documentation Law No. 7 of 2010.
The Council also reviewed the report submitted by the Chairman of the Judicial Inspection Authority, Judge Nazim Bawazir, regarding the field visit to Taiz Governorate, and also listened to the annual report for the year 2024 AD of the Judicial Inspection Authority, and the Council praised the report and the achievements made during the past year.
The Council agreed to refer two judges to the Audit Board regarding disciplinary cases filed against them.
The Council also decided to assign the President of the Sira Primary Court to consider the cases referred to him by the Public Prosecution regarding criminal cases to try some judges after lifting their judicial immunity.
The Council discussed a number of topics on its agenda and took appropriate measures regarding them. It also reviewed and approved its previous minutes.
