IOM returns 562 migrants stranded in Yemen to their countries last December

The International Organization for Migration reported that it assisted 562 migrants stranded in Yemen, most of them Ethiopians, to voluntarily return to their countries last December.
The organization said in a recent report that it supported the safe return of 562 migrants (530 Ethiopian migrants and 32 of other nationalities) stranded in Yemen to their homes.
She added that this return comes within the framework of the Voluntary Humanitarian Return ( VHR ) programme of the International Organization for Migration in Yemen.
The organization indicated that these migrants returned to their countries via flights from Aden and Sana'a.
