Manchester United achieved an exciting victory over Ipswich Town and moved away from the relegation zone, while Manchester City returned with three points from Tottenham's land, Wednesday, in the 27th round of the English Premier League.
Harry Maguire's second-half header gave 10-man Manchester United a 3-2 win at Ipswich Town, a vital victory that lifted Ruben Amorim's side out of the relegation zone.
Amorim has had a difficult time since taking over at United in November, especially in home games, and today's match at Old Trafford got off to a difficult start when poor defensive form allowed Jaden Philogen to open the scoring early for Ipswich.

United responded well, turning the game in their favour when Ipswich captain Sam Morsy put the ball into his own net and Matthijs de Ligt added a second from close range to put the home side ahead in the 26th minute.
The game swung again when United defender Patrick Dorgu was sent off two minutes before the end of the first half for a violent challenge on Omari Hutchinson, and United's net shook immediately after with Velugin's second goal.
Despite the visitors' numerical superiority throughout the second half, Maguire succeeded in deciding the match for United immediately after the break, giving United the victory that moved them up to 14th place, 16 points ahead of Ipswich, who are in 18th place.
Manchester City back to winning ways
Manchester City returned with the three points from their host Tottenham Hotspur, beating them (1-0), and City's goal was scored by their Norwegian top scorer, Erling Haaland, in the 12th minute.
Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has become only the second player to score at least 20 goals in each of his first three Premier League seasons.
Haaland, back after missing Sunday's 2-0 home defeat by Liverpool through injury, turned in a low cross from Graeme Doku in the 12th minute to put Pep Guardiola's side ahead.

The Norwegian could have added to his tally as City dominated the first half with home goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario denying him and Doku while Savinho squandered a great chance that went over the bar.
Manchester City's mistakes almost cost them dearly as Tottenham dominated the second half with Wilson Oduber and Mathis Tel wasting chances while Ederson denied Son Heung-min after coming on as a substitute.
The victory raised Manchester City's score to 47 points in fourth place from 27 matches, while Tottenham is in thirteenth place with 33 points.
