Real Madrid failed to win for the third consecutive match in La Liga, as they fell into a draw with host Osasuna, today, Saturday, in the 24th round of the Spanish Football League.

Kylian Mbappe scored for Real Madrid in the 15th minute, while Ante Budimir equalized for Osasuna in the 58th minute from a penalty kick.

With this draw, Real Madrid raised its score to 51 points, at the top of the La Liga table, while Osasuna raised its score to 32 points, in seventh place.

The match began with a refereeing controversy, as Vinicius Junior, Real Madrid's striker, demanded a penalty kick, claiming that there was a handball by Osasuna player Catena in the 2nd minute, but the referee demanded that the game continue.

The referee of the match, Jose Luis Montero, showed a direct red card to Jude Bellingham, the Merengue star, in the 39th minute.

The reason for the expulsion did not appear until the footage was replayed, where it was found that Bellingham had a side conversation with the referee, before the latter showed the red card to the former Borussia Dortmund player, without it being clear what exactly happened between them.

With its new stumble, after the defeat against Espanyol (1-0) and the draw with Rojiblancos (1-1), the royal club is now threatened with losing the top spot, as the difference with the runner-up, Atletico Madrid, has become only two points, and with Barcelona, the third, 3 points.

In another match, Leganes snatched a difficult draw with its guest Deportivo Alaves 3-3, raising its score to 24 points in fifteenth place, while Deportivo Alaves raised its score to 22 points in eighteenth place.
