The Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), broadcast a video clip showing for the first time scenes of the movement’s late leaders Ismail Haniyeh, Yahya Sinwar, and Saleh al-Arouri.
The clip opened with words delivered by the movement’s political bureau chief, Yahya Sinwar, at a mass conference, in which he said, “We will come to you, God willing, with a roaring flood. We will come to you with countless missiles. We will come to you with an unlimited flood of soldiers. We will come to you with millions of our nation, tide after tide.”
These words were accompanied by scenes of Qassam rockets and the “Al-Aqsa Flood” attack carried out by the resistance factions on October 7, 2023.
In the background of the scenes, a song called “Every Right Will Return” was played, its lyrics carrying messages of defiance and steadfastness, including: “They kill, but we live. Martyrs do not die... We are a flood for Al-Aqsa, in which the prophets have roamed.”
Ismail Haniyeh and Yahya Sinwar appeared in scenes inspecting weapons and missile manufacturing workshops, where they signed missiles during the tour.
In the video, Haniyeh said, addressing a number of Qassam cadres: “In the beginning and the end, it is with God, for God, and under the crescent of this divine prophetic approach,” adding: “In these very, very, very humble places, we write pages of history and create glories for this nation and this people.”

In the clip, Haniyeh joked with Sinwar, who was sitting next to him, saying: “Abu Ibrahim has become Israel’s number one enemy.”
The clip included a statement by the movement’s leader, Al-Arouri, in which he said: “When we see these renewed generations carrying their weapons, who are fully prepared and ready, who live in areas of danger and believe in their cause, we know that victory is near, and your good news is from the Lord of the Worlds and your reward is from Him. May God write for us with you victory and martyrdom.”
The clip also included scenes of Haniyeh participating in the missile manufacturing process, indicating that the movement is about to launch “a new phase in the history of missiles,” and Sinwar confirmed that “the priority of the Gaza Strip is to prepare the liberation plan and complete its equipment.”
The clip concluded with a scene of Sinwar signing one of the missiles, writing the Quranic verse: “We will surely come to you with soldiers you cannot withstand, and we will surely expel you from it in humiliation, while you are disgraced.”
On January 2, 2024, Israel assassinated Saleh al-Arouri, deputy head of Hamas’s political bureau, in a drone attack that targeted a building housing the movement’s office in Beirut, while the movement announced on the morning of July 31, 2024, the assassination of its political bureau chief Ismail Haniyeh in a raid on his residence in the capital, Tehran.
On Friday, October 18, Hamas mourned its leader Yahya Sinwar and confirmed his martyrdom in a confrontation with occupation soldiers, a day after the Israeli army and the Shin Bet published a joint statement announcing the killing of 3 people in an operation carried out by the occupation in the Gaza Strip, among whom was Sinwar.
