After the rebellion of one of its leaders.. Clashes between units affiliated with the Homeland Shield Forces west of Aden

Armed clashes erupted on Friday evening between units of the Homeland Shield Forces in the Ras Omran area of the Al-Buraiqa Directorate, west of the interim capital, Aden, in southern Yemen, after a rebel leader attempted to loot weapons from one of the brigades.

Special sources told "Yemeni Youth Net" that a leader in the Fourth Brigade, the Shield of the Nation, named "Abu Osama Al-Radfani", rebelled against the leadership of the brigade, whose theater of operations is located in the Qa'wa area in the Al-Mudharaba and Ras Al-Ara directorates in Lahj Governorate.

The sources explained that Al-Radfani took crews, vehicles and weapons from the brigade, along with a group of individuals, and left the brigade's theater towards Aden. However, units of the Homeland Shield Forces intercepted his path and thwarted the smuggling operation in the Ras Omran area, affiliated with the Al-Buraiqa Directorate, west of Aden.

The sources pointed out that the situation was controlled, the rebels were arrested, and the brigade's equipment was recovered, adding that the individuals, after being arrested, said that their commander told them that they had a mission.
