Liverpool achieved a valuable victory over Paris Saint-Germain, while Inter overcame its host Feyenoord, on Wednesday, in the first leg of the round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League.
Liverpool snatched a valuable victory from the home of its host, Paris Saint-Germain (1-0) in the last minutes of the exciting match that brought the two teams together at the "Parc des Princes" stadium.
Substitute Harvey Elliott imposed himself as the star of the match by scoring the only goal of the match in minute (87).
The second leg will be played on March 11 at Anfield.

In another match, Inter Milan put one foot in the Champions League quarter-finals by beating hosts Feyenoord 2-0.
Frenchman Marcus Thuram (38) and Argentine Lautaro Martinez (50) scored the Italian team's two goals.
The match witnessed Inter's Polish midfielder, Piotr Zielinski, missing a penalty kick (65).
This valuable victory gave the Nerazzurri an important lead before the return match.
The second leg will be played on March 11 at the San Siro.
