One person was killed and four others were injured in a hand grenade tampering incident in Lahj Governorate (southern Yemen).
The security media of the Yemeni Ministry of Interior said on Tuesday that a 17-year-old young man was killed by a hand grenade he was playing with.
She added that the incident resulted in the injury of 4 others, aged between 15 and 20 years, and they were taken to the hospital for treatment.
During the war years, hundreds of Yemenis were killed and injured in weapons tampering incidents in various governorates of the country, which has been witnessing war for 10 years.
