Shabwa: Yemen Youth Net - Special
Today, Friday, soldiers affiliated with the Southern Transitional Council forces set up armed sectors and detained tankers loaded with oil derivatives in Shabwa Governorate, southeast of Yemen.
Local sources told "Yemeni Youth Net" that the Transitional Council soldiers set up three sectors, one of them at the Nokhan junction east of Ataq, the second at the Al-Saeed junction, and the third in the Al-Ramdha area in Habban.
The sources explained that the soldiers detained the oil tankers (gas, petroleum, and Dail) heading to Aden and prevented their passage, in protest against the suspension of their salaries and financial allocations for months.
According to the sources, the soldiers accuse a leader in the Southern Transitional Forces, Ibrahim Al-Zubaidi, of withholding their financial dues, and are demanding that they be disbursed quickly.
