Two brothers injured in armed attack targeting their home in Al-Sahoul, north of Ibb

Two brothers were injured in an armed attack that targeted their home in a town in Ibb Governorate (central Yemen).

Local sources said that the house of citizen Bilal Al-Saidi, located in the Saturday market in the Al-Sahoul area in the Al-Makhader district, north of Ibb, was attacked on Wednesday/Thursday night with a hand grenade by unknown persons.

The sources explained that the attack resulted in Al-Saidi sustaining serious injuries to his chest and his brother sustaining an injury to one of his feet.

The sources indicated that Al-Saidi was transferred to intensive care in one of the city's hospitals due to the seriousness of his injury.

The Al-Sahoul area in Ibb Governorate is witnessing a widespread spread of criminal crimes, banditry, and armed gangs, most of which are linked to influential leaders in the terrorist Houthi militia.
