The head of the Supreme Authority of the Yemeni Congregation for Reform, Mr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Yadoumi, met in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, with the commander of the joint forces of the Arab coalition to support legitimacy, Lieutenant General Fahd Al-Salman, in the presence of the Secretary-General of the Reform, Mr. Abdul-Wahhab Al-Ansi, and members of the Supreme Authority, Mr. Abdul-Razzaq Al-Hijri and Mr. Ahmed Al-Qamiri.
During the meeting, Lieutenant General Al-Salman praised the role of the Yemeni national forces, most notably the Yemeni Congregation for Reform, pointing out its well-known positions in strengthening the preservation of the Yemeni and Arab identity, and its continued keenness to unify the national ranks to confront the challenges that are sweeping the country.
He also stressed the importance of the national role played by Islah in supporting legitimacy and backing the coalition's efforts to achieve security and stability in Yemen, according to what was reported by the Islah Net website, the party's mouthpiece.
For his part, Al-Yadoumi expressed his appreciation for the great role played by the leadership of the Arab coalition, headed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, led by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and his Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, in supporting the Yemeni legitimacy and alleviating the suffering of the Yemeni people.
Al-Yadoumi also renewed the Islah Party's condolences to the joint forces and the Saudi forces for the martyrdom of Saudi officers in the city of Sayoun last November as a result of a treacherous attack, wishing Lieutenant General Al-Salman success in leading the joint forces and continuing the path of support for Yemen until the state is restored and peace and stability are achieved.
