The National Army repels Houthi infiltration attempts on several fronts in Taiz.

On Wednesday, the National Army forces thwarted several infiltration attempts by the Iranian-backed Houthi terrorist militia over the past few hours on several battlefronts in Taiz Governorate.

A military source told the Armed Forces Media Center that army forces repelled a Houthi infiltration attempt into the air defense sector on the city's western front, wounding one soldier during the clashes.

The source added that a similar infiltration attempt on the Ahtoub front was successfully thwarted, following clashes that forced Houthi elements to retreat under the onslaught, sustaining confirmed casualties among their ranks.

On the northern front, army forces engaged Houthi fire sources on the Asifrah front, and the clash resulted in the injury of one army member.

The source confirmed that the National Army's heroes on all Taiz fronts are continuing to confront the Houthi militia and are standing guard against any movement or infiltration attempts, stressing the forces' readiness to thwart any field escalation.
