Egyptian Mohamed Salah surpassed Arsenal legend Thierry Henry to become the seventh highest scorer in the history of the English Premier League with 176 goals, on the night of his team Liverpool's victory over Ipswich Town.
Egyptian star Mohamed Salah continued his series of impressive performances, achieving new records in the match in which Liverpool defeated its guest Ipswich Town by four goals to one on Saturday in the 23rd round of the English Premier League.

With this goal, Liverpool star "Egyptian King" Mohamed Salah surpassed Arsenal legend Thierry Henry (175 goals) and became the seventh top scorer in the history of the English Premier League with 176 goals.
The rest of the Reds' goals were scored by Hungarian Dominik Szoboszlai (11) and Dutchman Cody Gakpo (44 and 66). Ipswich Town's only goal was scored by Jacob Greaves (90).

Mohamed Salah also equalled the record for the number of appearances after 22 matches in a single season of the English Premier League, registered by Luis Suarez in the 2013-2014 season with 32 appearances.
The most notable number is that he scored the 176th goal, surpassing Arsenal legend Thierry Henry, who scored 175 goals throughout his career with Arsenal, starting from the 1999-2000 season until the 2011-2012 season.
For his part, Salah's career with goals in the Premier League began in the 2013-2014 season when he was a player in the ranks of Chelsea, and the 2017-2018 season is considered the season in which Salah scored the most goals with Liverpool in the Premier League, with 32 goals in 36 matches.
