Late Saturday evening, unknown gunmen detonated an explosive device in a water pipeline south of Lahj Governorate, causing no human casualties.
Local sources told "Yemeni Youth Net" that unknown gunmen detonated an explosive device in a water field in the Bir Nasser area, Al-Hawtah district, Tuban district, south of Lahj governorate, north of Aden.
According to the sources, the explosion did not cause any damage or human injuries, confirming that water pumping continued without any change in the distribution schedules.
The sources explained that the targeted pipeline transports water to the directorates of the interim capital, Aden, noting that the security services have begun investigating the incident.
