Houthi militia establishes camp in Hodeidah and forces families to send their sons for forced training

The terrorist Houthi militia has established a training camp in one of the towns under its control in Al Hudaydah Governorate (western Yemen) and forced the residents to send their sons for forced training as a prelude to sending them to the battle fronts.

The media office of the local authority affiliated with the legitimate government said that the Houthi militia opened a training camp in the Ash'ar district in Jabal Ras district, south of Al Hudaydah governorate, and is forcing parents to bring their children to the camp, to throw them into the fronts.

She added, quoting local sources, that the people of Al-Ashaer district are living in a state of fear and terror, due to the practices of terrorist militias that exploit children and youth in their absurd wars.

The residents expressed their concern that the militia was turning their children into fuel in its battles, which have claimed the lives of thousands of deceived children.

The statement indicated that the families appealed to international organizations to intervene, stop these violations, and protect their children from forced exploitation.
